What’s goin on, May 13th

Spring is in the air; 

The pig-barn (the name of our collective living space) is filling out with three residents and three more to come in the  next two weeks. We are nesting and beginning the process of designing our outdoor kitchen. 

The vegetable garden, now a little bigger than planned, is all prepped and partly planted; there are 28 forty foot beds all told. 

A quarter-acre portion of the lower field is tilled and awaiting planting with heritage wheat, corn, and pumpkins.

And goats are moving in this weekend, as soon as our lovely goat house near the pig-barn is completed.
